Buying Skins
We do not charge a fee for buying skins. The price you see is the price you pay.
Selling Skins (P2P)
We charge 1.5% of the sale amount (minimum $0.01). The fee is deducted from the seller only when the sale is completed.
Deposits
Instant, no fees.
Fee charged by payment processor (Stripe). Exact amount shown before confirming.
Blockchain network fee + processor fee. Varies by coin and network conditions.
Withdrawals (Balance to Cash)
We charge 3% of the withdrawal amount (PIX, USDT or USDC), deducted from the requested amount. The net amount you will receive is shown before you confirm. Minimum withdrawal: $20. Payout is completed within 24 to 48 business hours after the request and, once requested, cannot be cancelled.
* Cash withdrawal functionality may not be available at all times or for all accounts.
Skin Withdrawal (to Steam)
We do not charge a fee to send purchased skins to your Steam inventory.
